Providing the ability to subscribe to receive notifications when there is a published update to a product.

The initial development testing for this is underway. Beta testing will start mid October 2020.

New or updated indicator

Develop status indicator functionality to highight new or updated content on the ILR portal page.

Improve content model for code and type relationships

Review content relationship between codes and types to combine content model structures and improve navigation.

Content improvements for the Provider Support Manual

The BETA publication of the Provider Support Manual used the existing material. As part of the continuous improvement, for EOD, the content is being updated, and new material added, to improve function and maintain its relevancy.

Validation rule error messages

Feedback from previous research has indicated the need for a more accessible and easier to query format for the error messages received as part of learner data submission.

The team will investigate the use and format of these rules, and the relationship between validation rule, error message and ILR field.

Integrating the validation rules with the ILR

Feedback from previous research has shown difficulty in understanding some of the more complex validation rules and the need for a more accessible presentation approach.

Funding streams and field collection tables

As a result of testing, funding streams and field collection tables have been implemented as a new beta format online.

Analytics and feedback is being collected on the merit of this approach.
